True North Resilience · Free 3-minute quiz
You've changed the habits. You've fixed the boundaries. You've done the mindset work. And you keep ending up in the same place.
Why this isn't a personality test
Under enough pressure for long enough, everyone lands on a way of surviving it — speeding up, holding steady, going flat, scanning ahead, or taking care of everyone else first. It works, which is why it stays. The cost shows up years later as exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix, a breath that never quite lands, and a body that feels braced even on a good day.
You can't think your way out of a pattern your body is running. That's the whole premise of this work — and of the retreat it belongs to.
Who made this
Army veteran, military spouse, stepmom, and certified NEUROFIT practitioner. More than twenty years leading in combat zones and corporate boardrooms — and burned out more than once along the way.
She built True North Resilience to be the thing she went looking for and couldn't find: not a workshop, not another framework, but a place where the nervous system can finally exhale.
